weightlifting: Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.

speed & agility: Wednesday at 6 p.m.*

sports conditioning: Thursday-Friday at 5:30 p.m.

weightlifting: Sunday at 11:30 a.m.

He’s also an award-winning sports journalist who has spent more than 20 years behind the scenes with pro athletes, learning about the Training, Nutrition, Recovery and Technology that elevate their performance to the highest level. He’s passionate about sharing all that knowledge and experience with his athletes, so they can train like the pros. Max Velocity is a fully equipped sports performance training center, with coaches certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the National Strength & Conditioning Association and the National Sports Performance Association. We train the whole athlete, building a strong, stable foundation first. Just like the pros, our athletes become the “best at the basics,” which unleashes their potential to maximize performance, improve flexibility and avoid injury.
