I’m thrilled to announce that I will once again be reporting on the NBA for Bleacher Report this season, while also running my very own fitness company, Max Velocity Fitness + Performance.
Max Velocity Fitness + Performance will be holding its first Youth Speed & Agility camp beginning Sunday, Nov. 13.
It's a six-session camp for ages 7-18. Dates and times are as follows:
- Sunday, Nov. 13, 12 p.m.
- Tuesday, Nov. 15, 5:30 p.m.
- Sunday, Nov. 20, 12 p.m.
- Tuesday, Nov. 22, 5:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, Nov. 29, 5:30 p.m.
- Sunday, Dec. 4, 12 p.m.
It will be held on our indoor turf field at North Shore Tennis & Racquets Club (34-28 214th Place, Bayside, NY 11361).
Special pricing of $77 is available until Wednesday, Nov. 9; after Wednesday, the cost is $97.
Can't make all the sessions? No problem. Drop-in rates of $15 per session are available until Wednesday; after Wednesday, drop-in rates are $20 per session.
There are 20 spots available in the camp. Below are some examples of the ground-breaking speed training techniques we'll be using.
