Our Small-Group Training program combines the power of personal attention with the camaraderie and motivation you can only get when training with friends.
Every client receives a Functional Movement Screen and Customized Movement Program so you can stay injury-free and get results faster. With a maximum of five participants in a session, you'll always get personal coaching while performing either advanced or beginner versions of the daily workout, depending on your skill and fitness level.
Due to the personal nature of our coaching services, those inexperienced with weightlifting activities may be required to participate in three 1x1 personal training sessions prior to joining our Small-Group Training program.
